In addition to the usual walking machines, elliptical machines and light weights, the gym at the Shorebreak has a climbing wall, kettle bells, jump ropes and heavy ropes, medicine balls, bands and all sorts of hard core equipment guaranteed to deliver you a solid workout even Rocky Balboa would approve of.
