Andy Speer’s 5 Day Advanced Split Program on Peloton (Class List & Details)

Peloton has released a brand new split-strength training program from Andy Speer.

Andy Speer’s 5 Day Advanced-split program is “designed to build strength and muscle by lifting heavier and targeting specific muscle groups each day.” These split programs are one week long, but designed to be repeated for a few weeks in a row so you can see progress over time.

Classes range from 30 to 45 minutes, and there is also a 15 minute mobility class included in addition to the split strength classes.

Repeat and track your progress!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 5 out of the total 6 classes.

How to join the Peloton Andy Speer’s 5 Day Advanced Split program

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Andy’s 5 Day Advanced Split program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
