Peloton Releases New Back-to-School Fit Family Classes, Including Disney Workouts

Peloton has released four new Fit Family classes for back-to-school season, including two Disney-themed workouts.

Peloton highlighted the new batch through Instagram Stories this week, writing:

“Get ready for back to school with new Fit Family classes.”

All four classes dropped directly to the on-demand library on Tuesday, September 8. Three are taught in German, with Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ Disney Fit Family Flow the only English-language class in the batch.

Peloton describes Cliff’s Disney Fit Family Fun class as:

“Join Cliff for this family-friendly full-body workout that includes cardio and strength training. Families with children aged 5 and over will get active and have fun in this Fit Family Fun class.”

Disney has been part of Peloton’s Fit Family programming before. Some of the earliest examples arrived in 2021, including Disney Fit Family classes with Jess Sims and Kristin McGee, with additional Disney family workouts added in the years since. You can find some of those listed in our list of early Peloton Disney classes.

The new classes also continue Peloton’s expansion of German-language Fit Family programming. Mayla taught a German Family Meditation as part of the back-to-school Fit Family release in September 2025, before Peloton added another English and German batch in February featuring both Mayla and Cliff.

This is the second year in a row Peloton has released Fit Family programming for back-to-school season. Last September’s batch included seven classes across two release dates, spanning meditation, Fit Family Fun, and Brain Break workouts.

Peloton has also been releasing Fit Family classes more regularly throughout 2026. Five new classes arrived in February, followed by seven spring-themed classes in April and four more for summer in July.

Some of those recent Fit Family releases have also been made available for free on YouTube. Peloton put select classes from the February and April batches on YouTube, while most of the September 2025 back-to-school classes were added there almost two weeks after their Peloton release. Peloton has not announced whether any of this week’s new classes will receive the same treatment.

Fit Family has been a Peloton class type since 2020, with the library expanding over the years to include Fit Family Fun, Fit Family Flow, meditations, Brain Breaks, and other workouts designed for families to take together.

Will your family be trying any of the new back-to-school Fit Family classes?
