Andy Speer announced new Total Strength 30 classes for September 2026

Andy Speer Teaching “Total Strength 30” Classes Instead of “Total Strength 60” Throughout September

Andy Speer recently announced his signature Total Strength 60 (“TS60”) series will change to Total Strength 30 throughout the month of September.

Andy has been teaching his signature 60 minute full body strength classes for several years.

He shared the news about September’s change during his most recent TS60 class on August 30, 2026. He stated that for the next four weeks, he is applying his TS60 class design to 30 minute full body strength classes.

He said the change was for people who were short on time, or those intimidated by the 60 minute class type, stating:

“Starting next Sunday for the entire month of September, TS is now TS30… Full programming block of 30 minute strength classes. Same progressive strength, same working with a focus towards a goal. For those of you who maybe were hesitant to step into that 60 minute strength class, jump on in and try this to get the experience or if you’re just like, I just don’t have enough time. I got you!”

He went on to explain that since members are used to a 60 minute strength class during his Sunday 10 AM (ET) time slot, throughout September he will stack TS30 with an additional 15 minute strength class. The live Peloton class schedule and the Peloton class booking site still show TS60 or 60 minute Strength, so the updates are still coming to the official schedule at time of publishing.

You can find Andy’s signature TS60 classes in this class collection. The collection is organized into different class blocks so you can choose the group that most aligns with your workout goals.

Some Peloton members have spoken out that they love the idea of TS30 because they don’t have the time to take a TS60 class. Others think there are already plenty of options for 30 minute full body strength classes, and this switch will leave a hole in the calendar for longer form classes.

For now this change is just for the September classes, but we’ll see what happens after this month is over. Members’ class stats are what drive new content at Peloton.

What do you think of a 4-week TS30 series? Will you take a class, or do you prefer TS60?
