New “7 Days to Wake Up With Energy” Program with Mariana Fernandez in Peloton’s Breathwrk App

Peloton has added a new program to the Breathwrk app, “7 Days to Wake Up With Energy” with Mariana Fernandez.

Peloton describes the program with the following teaser:

“Rise and shine. Energize your body for the day ahead with Mariana’s first Breathwrk program. Over a week of 10-minute breathing classes, you’ll build a powerful new practice.”

The program is built around three breathing techniques, introduced one at a time over the first three days and then revisited in longer sessions later in the week.

Coherent Breathing comes first, described as syncing your breath, heart rate, and nervous system through smooth, steady breaths. Power Breathing follows, an active rhythmic breath meant to build internal heat and sharpen focus. Breath of Fire arrives on Day 3 as another energizing technique intended to warm the body and awaken the senses.

Days 4 through 6 repeat each technique in a longer format, pairing five minutes of grounding meditation with five minutes of continuous practice. Day 7 brings all three techniques together.

The full class list for Mariana Fernandez’s Wake Up With Energy Breathwork program is:

  • Intro – 5 min Wake Up With Energy: Intro
  • Day 1 – 5 min Wake Up With Energy: Day 1 (Coherent Breathing)
  • Day 2 – 5 min Wake Up With Energy: Day 2 (Power Breathing)

  • Day 4 – 10 min Wake Up With Energy: Day 4 (meditation + Coherent Breathing)

Despite the teaser referring to a week of 10-minute breathing classes, the intro and first three days are actually five minutes each. The longer 10-minute sessions begin on Day 4.

Mariana’s is the fourth Peloton program added to Breathwrk. Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ “7 Days of Breathwork” was the first in May, followed by Kirra Michel’s “7 Days to Release Stress & Anxiety” in June and Aditi Shah’s “Breathe Into Better Sleep” earlier this month.

Kirra’s program used a similar escalating structure, beginning with shorter five-minute sessions before moving into longer 10-minute classes later in the week.

Aditi’s recent program focused on winding down and preparing for sleep, while Mariana’s new series is built around energizing techniques intended for the start of the day.

All of these programs live in the Breathwrk app rather than the main Peloton App. Peloton acquired Breathwrk in October 2025, and access is included for All-Access, Guide, and App+ members through their existing Peloton login.

Peloton instructor content in Breathwrk initially launched only on iOS. Android added the Peloton Breathwrk content in July, so Mariana’s new program should be available across both mobile platforms.

Completed Breathwrk workouts can also sync back to Peloton, allowing them to appear in workout history and count toward Peloton activity.
