Peloton has launched a new collection aimed at members who are just getting started, or restarting, called “Jumpstart Your Routine.”
The collection description reads:
“Looking for a place to start? These classes will get you moving and on your way to establishing a more regular routine.”
There are currently eight classes in the collection, and you can view the full list below:
- 20 min Bodyweight Strength – Matty Maggiacomo – 11/17/25 @ 12:00am ET [Beginner]
- 20 min Bodyweight Strength – Logan Aldridge – 6/11/24 @ 6:00pm ET [Beginner]
- 15 min Core Strength – Rad Lopez – 1/23/25 @ 10:00am ET [Beginner]
- 20 min Bodyweight Strength – Joslyn Thompson Rule – 3/30/26 @ 12:00am ET [Intermediate]
- 15 min Low Impact Cardio – Rebecca Kennedy – 3/24/26 @ 12:00am ET [Intermediate]
- 20 min Low Impact Cardio – Rebecca Kennedy – 10/21/25 @ 12:00am ET [Intermediate]
- 15 min 2000s Dance Cardio – Leanne Hainsby-Alldis – 6/11/25 @ 12:00am ET [Beginner]
- 20 min Full Body Stretch – Ally Love – 3/30/26 @ 3:37pm ET

Every class is either 15 or 20 minutes, none of them require equipment beyond a mat, and the mix leans toward strength, with four strength classes alongside three cardio classes and one stretch. Most carry a Beginner or Intermediate difficulty label.
These are all existing classes rather than new ones, with air dates stretching back to June 2024, so this is Peloton curating what is already in the library rather than releasing specific new classes for it. As with other collections, it may grow over time.
You can find the collection in the on-demand library, find it on the web here.
