Aditi Shah Breathe Into Better Sleep program on Peloton Breathwrk app

New “Breathe Into Better Sleep” Program with Aditi Shah in the Peloton Breathwrk App

Peloton has added a new breathwork program, “Breathe Into Better Sleep” with Aditi Shah, to the Breathwrk app.

Peloton announced the program via social media, writing:

“Ready, Set, Rest. Calm your body for more restorative rest and build a powerful new practice with Aditi’s 7-day program, now on the Breathwrk app. Free with your All-Access Membership.”

The program is a week-long guided breathwork journey aimed at winding down in the evening and preparing the body for sleep. It opens with a five minute intro, followed by one ten minute session per day, with each day layering in new techniques. In total it runs about 75 minutes across the eight classes.

You can view the full class list below:

  • Intro to Breathe Into Better Sleep (5 min) – An introduction to how breath influences the nervous system, what to expect over the seven days, and how intentional breathing supports rest.
  • Day 1 (10 min) – A calming introduction to diaphragmatic breathing, paired with breath awareness and guided relaxation.
  • Day 2 (10 min) – Extended exhales and simple breath ratios to slow down and release tension before bed.
  • Day 3 (10 min) – Diaphragmatic breathing and extended exhales, with gentle breath holds added in.
  • Day 4 (10 min) – Steady, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system and let go of the day’s stress.
  • Day 5 (10 min) – Gentle breathing patterns and mindful pauses to release tension and create space for rest.
  • Day 6 (10 min) – Simple breathing techniques combined with mindful awareness to quiet the mind.
  • Day 7 (10 min) – A closing practice blending breath awareness, humming, gentle pauses, and 4-7-8 breathing.

It is the third program Peloton has added to Breathwrk, after Kirra Michel’s 7 Days to Release Stress & Anxiety in June and Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ 7 Days of Breathwork in May.

One change since those earlier programs: Android users should now be able to access this program. When Kirra’s program launched, the Peloton content in Breathwrk was limited to iOS. That changed earlier last month with an update to the Android app.

As with the previous two, this program lives in the Breathwrk app rather than the main Peloton app. Peloton acquired Breathwrk in October 2025, and it has since been free for All-Access, Guide, and App+ members through their existing Peloton login, with completed sessions syncing back to the Peloton app.
