Peloton has launched a new collection dedicated to classes that transcend fitness and aim to bring inner peace.
The “Moment for Peace” Collection is now available across Peloton hardware devices, web browser, and digital app. The official collection description reads:
Find your calm with this collection of classes meant to help you navigate stress and find inner peace with your community.

As of publishing time the collection contains 33 classes, all in the meditation modality. The most recent class is Mariana Fernández’s Holding Space Meditation, which aired earlier this week. Classes range in length from 5 to 15 minutes, and are taught by a wide variety of instructors. Meditation types include: meditation for anxiety, peace, kindness, community, calming, breathing, body scan, and more. Peloton may also add new classes to the collection as they air.

In addition, Peloton has added Mariana’s Holding Space Meditation from January 27 to YouTube. This means non-members can access the class in its entirety.

This is not the first time Peloton has made a class available on YouTube. In 2024 Peloton added a running class taught by Becs Gentry that featured violinist Lindsey Stirling to YouTube, and has done a few times since, including adding Fit Family classes on YouTube.
Adding select classes to YouTube provides an opportunity for prospective members to experience a full class without needing to sign up for a free trial.
Members can now access the Moment for Peace Collection via their hardware device, app, or web browser.
