Peloton has added more studio closures to its summer 2025 calendar, affecting both Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) and Peloton Studios London (PSL) at the end of August and over Labor Day weekend into the beginning of September.
Peloton recently communicated the following additional studio closure dates:
- Thursday, August 28: PSNY closed to members (PSL never has classes on Thursdays now).
- Friday, August 29: PSNY & PSL closed with no live classes.
- Saturday, August 30: PSNY & PSL closed with no live classes.
- Sunday, August 31: PSNY & PSL closed with no live classes.
- Monday, September 1: PSNY closed with no live classes.
Note that the wording regarding PSNY’s August 28 closure suggests that live classes may still be recorded at the studio that day, just without in-studio participants. Peloton has yet to confirm this either way.
These new closures align with the Labor Day holiday weekend in the United States, which falls on Monday, September 1 for 2025. Peloton typically closes at least its New York studios during this time each year
This update is in addition to the previously announced summer closures, which are tied to ongoing upgrades to camera systems and renovations at the studios. Peloton shared those earlier adjustments in May, including extended closures as part of a larger effort to roll out improved 4K camera capabilities and improve the Member experience.

Peloton typically will release some on-demand classes still that will be released each day during closures like this.
