Jess Sims has released a new Split + Run 4-day program on Peloton.
This one week program consists of three different 45-min Tread bootcamp classes, and one 30 minute Tread bootcamp class.
All of the classes have the same structure, with the strength portion of the workout being at the beginning, before ending the workout with some cardio on the Tread.
The structure is Day 1 is Upper Body Push, Day 2 is Lower Body, Day 4 is Upper Body Pull, and Day 5 is Core.
Like Peloton’s other Split strength training programs, this one-week program is designed to be repeated. Over time, most members would slowly increase their weights used, or reps completed in class – and see progress as they continued.

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 4 out of the total 4 classes.
How to join the Peloton Jess Sims’ 4-Day Split + Run program
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Jess’s Split + Run program, and join the program.

The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule. As a reference, you can also find the list of classes in the program below – where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it whenever you want.
