Peloton recently concluded its latest season of Tag Team Row Bootcamp classes, with four brand-new workouts released over four recent Wednesdays.
The series, which launched in 2024, pairs Adrian Williams with a second instructor who trades off coaching duties mid-class – one leading from the rower and the other guiding the floor segments. Like a traditional row bootcamp class, each class blends rowing intervals with strength training, offering a full-body workout – but with the added element of a guest instructor to teach the strength portions.
The new 2025 installment kicked off in April. Classes were released each Wednesday for four consecutive weeks, starting on April 16 and concluding on May 7.

This season saw Adrian Williams on the Row with Selena Samuela, Logan Aldridge, Rad Lopez, and Tunde Oyeneyin on the strength mat. Each class is listed below:

- 45 min. Tag Team Row Bootcamp – Adrian Williams & Rad Lopez – 4/30/25 @ 12:00 AM ET
- 45 min. Tag Team Row Bootcamp – Adrian Williams & Tunde Oyeneyin – 5/7/25 @ 12:00 AM ET
