Peloton has named Tara Comonte as a new board director.
This appointment is effective as of today, December 3rd, 2024 and her term will run through the 2025 Peloton Annual Meeting.
Comonte is taking the place of Jon Callaghan on the board, who had previously shared that he would not be running for reelection. She will serve on the Audit Committee of the Board.
Tara Comonte is currently also on the board of WW International, Inc (Weight Watchers) and is serving as interim CEO & President.
Other previous experience includes being CEO and a board member at TMRW Life Sciences, being president & CFO at Shake Shack, as well as being CFO at both Getty Images Holdings and McCann Worldgroup.
This board appointment was shared in a SEC filing released yesterday.
This move comes at Peter Stern is about to become Peloton CEO next month.
