Peloton has released a new split strength training program for German members. The new 5-day intermediate training program is taught by Cliff Dwenger in German.
This is Cliff’s second split program – his 3 day intermediate split program was released last year. Cliff also has a new Split+ Bike Bootcamp program that was released this month.
In addition to Cliff’s new program, a new intermediate 3-day split strength program from Irene Kaymer was released as well. You can find information about all of Peloton’s programs here.
As a reminder, split strength programs are only one week long – but are designed to be repeated and taken for multiple weeks in a row so you can track and improve your fitness over time.

Increase strength & build muscle in this 1-week program by using heavier weight and targeting specific areas of the body in each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”
Peloton’s “Cliff Dwenger’s Intermediate 5 Day Split” Strength Training Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 1 classes, Silver badge for completing 2 classes, Gold badge for completing 3 classes out of the total 5 classes.
How to join the Peloton Cliff Dwenger’s Intermediate 5 Day Split Strength Training program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Cliff’s Int. 5 Day Split program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
