Rebecca Kennedy Teases Possible New 3 Day Split Strength Peloton Program

Is a new split strength program coming from Peloton instructor Rebecca Kennedy?

Rebecca hinted on her Instagram earlier this week that a new program might be coming. This came in the form of a poll to her followers, asking if they would prefer 3 30-minute strength classes per week, 3 45-minute strength classes, or a combination of 30 and 45 minutes.

It was also accompanied by a winking emoji, giving more of a clue that she was hinting at something with this poll. It also specifically mentioned in the poll that this question was targeted towards those who had taken her 4 day and 5 day split strength programs.

Rebecca posted a follow up encouraging more people to vote for the 3×45 minute option as it was coming in last in the polls at the time.

There is currently no word on whether this would be an official strength training split program or not – or how long members might have to wait for it to be available (if it is actually a split program). Rebecca is one of several instructors who have official strength split programs, with Rebecca’s being an intermediate 5 day split strength program that released in late 2023.

Rebecca also has an unofficial 4 day split strength program (a “pseudo-split”) that she released earlier this year. The pseudo-split is not found under programs or collections but is comprised of four strength classes that were released to the on-demand library over the course of a few weeks. When she announced the unofficial split program, she said she released it as a series of on-demand classes to make it available to members faster, rather than the longer time that is required to produce an official program.

There is always the chance this poll means something else, but the most likely bet is this would be for a program of some sort.

Do you prefer the official strength split programs where members receive badges for their achievements? Or do you like instructors’ unofficial splits where they curate specific classes together for members to take on their own?
