Tunde Oyeneyin's Peloton Classes & Workout History

Get ready to be challenged mentally and physically. Tunde is fierce. She’s famous for her painfully slow countdowns – 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 1 – and heart-pounding pushes that always are a little faster, a little heavier and a little longer than what you wanted. But when you’re pretty sure the next push is going to kill you, she’ll say something like ‘you’re mind is your strongest muscle’ or ‘get out of your head, get out of your own way’ and suddenly it feels like new life has been breathed into you. Don’t be surprised if you breakdown in tears during one of her classes when she encourages you to look inside and figure out what is holding you back. You are 100% going to work in every single one of her classes – heavy climbs, fast runs in and out of the saddle, long intervals and all the other tortuous things that can be thrown at you in a class – but in the end you will be a better rider and person for it.

Beyond Cycling If you think you can’t get a good upper body workout with 1-, 2-, or 3-lb. weights, you have never taken one of Tunde’s Arms & Light Weights classes. Within 2-minutes, your arms will be burning and you’ll understand just how much you can accomplish in 10 minutes. Tunde’s started to drop a new one at the start of each month, but her Arms & Light Weights from 1/20/2021 remains a favorite.
