Jess Sims Flash 15 Peloton Series - Schedule & Class List

Jess Sims' Flash 15 strength workouts are designed to get a great workout in a short amount of time (15 minutes). They are described as a 'quick and effective full body workout' that anyone can fit into a busy schedule.

Jess Sims started her Flash 15 series on Peloton at the end of 2020 and has continued the series on a weekly basis since then.

These classes usually take place on Friday morning east coast. However, there have been special editions of the Flash 15 as part of other series, including Holiday & Stacking Stuffer classes
