Peloton “Road To Your 5K” Training Program: Class List, Schedule, Overview, Badges & Description

Peloton's 5K training program, the "Road To Your 5K", will take you over a five week training program to prepare you for a 5K. If you are just starting out or a beginner, you might want to consider trying the "You Can Run" program first.

Peloton has also now added a Go the Distance 5K training program.

Peloton's "Road to Your 5K" Program Description

Here is the official description for "Road to Your 5K" from Peloton: "Run a 5K with this 6-week training program designed for first-time racers or those getting back into racing. Gain speed, strength and endurance with intervals, long runs and targeted strength sessions, plus a 2-week taper."

Peloton's "Road to Your 5K" Program Badges

It wouldn't be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 14 classes, Silver badge for completing 20 classes, Gold badge for completing 26 classes out of the total 28 classes.

How to join the Peloton Road to Your 5K program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. They are not available through Peloton's website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Road to Your 5K program, and join the program.

The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. Note that as part of Peloton's relaunch of programs, these classes are "locked" and only available as you progress through the program. However, you can click any class name in the list below to find it, where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it now if you want.

Immerse yourself in 5K training tips this week, starting with a 30-minute beginner 5K race prep run, a fun run and a walk + run. Be sure to stretch before each workout.
