New “Power Restorative Yoga with Ross Rayburn” Program on Peloton

This morning Peloton launched their latest program & training plan – a 1 week “Power Restorative Yoga” plan led by Ross Rayburn. The program has 7 total classes to take over the course of the week. You’ll be able to find the full list of classes below.

Peloton is teasing this as the first program in a new series of programs, called “The Approach”. Peloton said: “Immerse yourself in training that shifts your relationship to your body and your fitness routine. Cultivate balance between effort and ease as you take your practice to the next level. Stay tuned for more.”

The program describes itself as “In order to achieve peak performance, our bodies must take time for rest and recovery. In this 7-day Yoga Program, Ross will teach you how to use the ability to listen to your body to maximize its capacity to heal.”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 3 classes, Silver badge for completing 5 classes, Gold badge for completing 6 classes out of the total 7 classes.

As with any training program, you may join it through the tablet on your bike or tread, through your Android or iPhone Peloton app, or through the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Power Restorative Yoga with Ross program, and join the program.
