Peloton x Chase Partnership Extended Through June of 2022 (Statement Credits & Bonus Points Accelerator)

Chase Sapphire cardholders now have more time to take advantage of the Chase and Peloton partnership. Originally set to expire on December 31, 2021, the statement credit and bonus points opportunities have been extended through June 30, 2022.

Peloton and Chase initially partnered in October of 2020 by offering those with the Chase Sapphire Credit Card statement credits toward their monthly Peloton membership. Chase Sapphire Reserve members can receive up to $120 in statement credits, while Chase Sapphire Preferred members can receive up to $60. This offer is open to both new and existing Peloton members, both for All Access members (those who own the Bike and/or Tread) and Peloton App members. In order to receive the statement credit, your subscription must be paid for through Peloton via the Chase Sapphire card.

Note that it does not appear that the statement credits have reset – meaning that if you’ve already received the full $120 or $60 in statement credits, you’ve reached your limit even though the offer has been extended. However, if you have not used the full credit or are a new cardmember, you now have through June 30, 2022 to take advantage of the offer.

Peloton and Chase expanded their partnership in March of 2021 by offering a Chase Sapphire Point Accelerator Program, which allowed Sapphire cardholders to receive bonus points by purchasing Peloton hardware. Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders receive 10x bonus points, and Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholders receive 5x bonus points on qualifying purchases, which include the Bike, Bike+, Tread, and any accessory purchases over $1,400. (The requirement was originally $1,800, but with the permanent drop in price of the Peloton bike last fall the dollar requirement was lowered). You must pay directly through Peloton in full (not using Affirm financing) using your Chase Sapphire card in order to receive the bonus points. These bonus points are also now available at least until June 30, 2022 with this extension.

Peloton has updated their FAQ pages to reflect that these programs are available through June 30, 2022. You can view the Chase/Peloton: Statement Credit Offer FAQ page here, and the Chase Sapphire Point Accelerator Program FAQ page here. Note that the Peloton/Chase landing page has not yet been updated with the new terms.

In addition to bonuses for paying for Peloton items, Peloton & Chase have been working together in other ways. In November, Alex Toussaint, Anna Greenberg, and Denis Morton presented an hour long virtual panel on Self Care for Chase members.
