As you start to workout more, recovery workouts will become more and more important. Thankfully, Peloton has a number of recovery classes in the library.

Peloton's recovery classes include recovery rides, recovery runs, recovery walks, recovery yoga stretches, and more. The majority of the classes will be with Matt Wilpers, Becs Gentry, Robin Arzon, and Christine D'Ercole - however, most of the instructors have at least one recovery ride or two available in the library.
