Peloton ranked best company to work for in New York City by Comparably + 6 other awards

This week, Peloton was awarded the honor of “Best Place to Work” in the greater New York City area by the website Comparably.

The rankings were determined by anonymous employee feedback submitted on the Comparably platform. Questions asked were “a combination of workplace culture questions in nearly 20 categories, including compensation, leadership, and professional development opportunities to work-life balance, perks and benefits. Questions were asked in a variety of data-driven formats – in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple choice – providing an accurate and comprehensive look at what it’s really like to work at companies.”

To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants and SMB companies needed 25 employee participants. Peloton ended up with 205 employees submitting responses. According to Comparably, “The overall culture score, 87/100 or A+, incorporates employee ratings based on their feedback on the CEO Rating, Gender, Meetings and more.”

Some of the other New York companies Peloton beat out for the top honor were ADP, Google, Verizon, SquareSpace, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, PwC, GE Power, Deloitte, and more.

In addition to best place to work, Peloton was given 6 other nationwide awards (keeping in mind these are based on self-submitted employee feedback): Best Product & Design Team 2021, Best Operations Team 2021, Best Marketing Team 2021, Best HR Team 2021, Best Engineering Team 2021, and Best Company Outlook 2021.
