New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection for September with Callie Gullickson

The start of a new month means a new “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection from Peloton. Ben’s strength stack for August is over, and he is now passing the stack over to Callie Gullickson.

Welcome to Callie’s September Strength Stack! Wrap up the summer with three back-to-back days of full-body & HIIT cardio work paired with a healthy dose of rest days that will leave you feeling strong and powerful! Let’s go!

The following is the complete list of workouts in the Callie Gullickson Your Monthly Strength Stack September collection. And as the description says, be sure to add rest days as needed. You can find the collection here on Peloton’s website.
