New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection for October with Chase Tucker

Ready to work? Chase Tucker’s October Strength Stack is here!

For many Peloton users, the beginning of a new month brings new motivation, in the form of a new “Your Monthly Strength Stack” from one of their favorite strength instructors.

October’s stack has been programmed by Chase Tucker, and it promises to pack a powerful punch! He has stacked four days’ worth of his favorite workouts, and recommends three days of back-to-back work, followed by a mix of working and recovery days for the rest of the week. With a combination of workout-specific warm ups, strength and HIIT cardio classes, Chase’s stack is sure to take your routine to the next level!
