New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection for April with Selena Samuela

It’s a new month, which means time for a new monthly strength stack collection. If this is your first time seeing the “Your Monthly Strength Stack”, each month Peloton is refreshing the collection, with a new set of classes from one instructor each month. You can use Peloton’s new class stacking feature to easily take the classes back to back.

April is now featuring a strength stack of classes curated and led by Selena Samuela. Here is the official description:

Ready to work? This is Selena’s April Strength Stack! She recommends two days of back-to-back work paired with active rest days that optimize performance while pushing the body to the next level. Be sure to add a warmup and stretch with each stack!

Ideally, according to Selena on Instagram, your weekly schedule for these would look like the following:

  • Monday: Day 1 Stack
  • Tuesday: Day 2 Stack
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Day 3 Stack
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Day 4 Stack
  • Sunday: Rest

Below is a list of the four days of work Selena has curated. As noted above, be sure to add rest days, warmups, and stretches as needed
