iOS App now has made for movement tracker filter to show Peloton Guide compatible classes

The Peloton iOS App has received a new update that includes the highly requested “made for movement tracker” filter. First launched on the Android App earlier this month, this feature provides the ability to filter the strength library by Guide classes. Until these latest updates to both the Android and iOS Apps, the ability to view solely Guide-compatible classes has only been available on the Guide itself.

Peloton iOS App users should now see a new filtering option when viewing strength classes in the on demand library called “Made for Movement Tracker.” Swiping this button will allow members to see Guide-compatible classes and will hide any strength content that does not have the movement tracker feature.

The reason this was such a highly requested feature from Guide users is because not all new Peloton strength classes are movement tracker-compatible – only certain classes. If you’re a Guide user and want to make sure you’re taking a class that will work with the movement tracker feature, the only way to do so previously was via the Guide itself.

Of course, members can still take all available strength classes on the Guide, but their movement tracker will not fill up if the class is not movement tracker-compatible. Making use of this new filter feature enables members to solely view classes that utilize the movement tracker.

The made for movement tracker filter does not yet appear to have made its way to Bike or Tread devices, or to the web browser.

If you’re a Guide user, are you utilizing the made for movement tracker filter?
