Crush Your Core Program with Emma Lovewell

Peloton has created the “Crush Your Core” program with Emma Lovewell, a 4-week bodyweight program designed to work on stability, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Emma announced the program via Facebook, sharing:

This four week program will take you through a series of core focused workouts that will increase in intensity. I’ll be checking in with you every week to see if you have any questions and to see how we’re doing. Let’s focus on lifting each other up throughout the program.

For the full details & class descriptions, you can check out the new Crush Your Core program on your bike or tread tablet, or in the Peloton Digital iOS app. For other digital app users (Android, Fire TV Stick, Roku, Apple TV, and others), at time of publishing you are unable to browse and view programs or see the individual classes within a program. However, we’ve included the classes for each week below, so you can have them for future reference and see the descriptions, schedule, and list of classes for each week of the Crush Your Core program.
