Peloton’s “Crush Your Core 2” with Emma Lovewell Program Description

The Crush Your Core 2 program contains 18 classes and calls for 4-5 active days per week for four weeks. The program description reads, “Emma is back with her second Crush Your Core program. Whether you’re starting from scratch or returning to give your core the care it craves, the next 4 weeks are sure to leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.”

Though Emma has been dropping a new core class on demand every week since last last year, the Crush Your Core 2 program contains an entirely new set of classes. The only equipment requirement is a workout mat and a pair of light weights. Classes range in length from 5-20 minutes.

Better to start with the original or jump straight to Core 2 — I rarely do ab work but would like to finally jump in to a program. Thanks in advance!
