Ben Alldis’ Intermediate 5 Day Split Strength Program on Peloton

Peloton has released their second set of split training strength programs for the Peloton Guide.

Ben Alldis has one of these second strength training programs, and will be teaching 5 classes during the week. All of the classes are 30 minutes long. This is marked as an intermediate-level training program.

Update - There is also now a 3 day intermediate split strength training program from Ben Alldis as well.

All of these split strength programs are 1 week programs, with each program led by one instructor. They are of various lengths, from 3-5 workouts. Each of them are designed so that you can repeat the programs over and over to track your progress and improvement. There are also badges you can earn by taking the classes as part of the program. The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. Keep in mind these new programs are designed to be exclusive to the Peloton Guide for about 7 weeks. If you don't have a Guide, you should expect these classes to be available around December 5, 2022. Unlike previous programs, these new programs are more locked down at time of publishing.
