Each program is one week long and contains six classes, though the same five minute full body strength warm-up is repeated before every workout (but there is a different warm-up for each particular program). Each program focuses on a specific strength move: the snatch, the clean and jerk, and the overhead squat.

The majority of these new classes have English language subtitles, for those members who don’t speak English.

The third program is Discover Strength with Assal Arian: The Overhead Squat – which has a description of: “Enjoy a series of workouts where you will learn the basics of the overhead squat and then refine your technique, so that by the end of the week you can perform the move perfectly.” You can find more details and a list of classes here.

The format is the same for all three: a five minute full body strength warm-up followed by a 20 minute, 20 minute, and then 15 minute workout. Each class is broken into parts 1, 2, and 3 – indicating that they build upon one another. By the end, the goal is to master that specific move by focusing on technique, mobility, and building strength.

Because these are programs, the classes are not available in the general class list. Members must “start the program” and follow the recommended class schedule in order to access the content. However, using our lists, you can jump around the program as you wish and unlock the classes. You can find a full list, and more info about all of Peloton’s programs here.

If you want to enroll in the programs to complete them chronologically from start to finish, you can start them via the programs tab on your Bike, Tread, Guide (though the Guide is not yet available in Germany), or Peloton App.

As with all Peloton programs, members will receive badges throughout the Discover Strength programs depending on how much of the program they complete. You can find a list of all other available badges here.

Assal Arian is the newest addition to the Peloton Germany team. She was first announced last month and teaches strength content. Assal shared her excitement about the new programs via Instagram as well.

As always, you can find the complete list and links for all other Peloton Programs here as well.
