Official “Arms with Tunde” Strength Training Program for Peloton – Class List, Program Details & more

During the keynote panel during Peloton Homecoming 2022, Peloton announced a brand new training program called “Arms With Tunde”.

Arms with Tunde is led by Tunde Oyeneyin, and is a 4 week “arms & shoulders program designed to strength your upper body”

Peloton first teased this training program earlier in the month – when they sent out an email saying it would be launched at Homecoming.

The new Arms with Tunde Oyeneyin program is designed to work with the Movement Tracker of the new Peloton Guide. The program was exclusive to the Peloton Guide for 7 weeks – but is now available to all members. However, if you don’t care about the program, or getting credit towards the badge, there are work arounds to be able to go ahead and take the classes.

Having content be exclusive to the Peloton Guide is a recent trend. The floor bootcamp program with Jess & Selena, as well as the 4 split strength programs have both had a 7 week Guide exclusive period.
