Peloton Instructor Ally Love to Host New Netflix Competition Series “Dance 100”

Peloton instructor Ally Love will host a new Netflix competition series called “Dance 100.” Deadline first reported the news and Ally shared her excitement via Instagram:

Cats out of the bag! *meow* 😻
So thrilled and honored to be spending the next 6 weeks in London as the host of Netflix’s upcoming series ‘Dance 100’ 💃🏽
To say this is a pinch me moment would be an understatement. Can’t wait to work with this team of incredibly talented people, and can’t wait (even more so) for you all to see the finished product.
To everyone who believed in me along the way and opened the doors to this amazing opportunity, all I have to say is thank you. You are appreciated more than you know! 🧡
Dancers, choreographers, @netflix, @studiolambert….lets do this! 💥

Ally first teased that she had a special project coming up earlier this week, when she shared that she was packing for a trip to London. While Ally won’t be teaching from the Peloton London studios, she shared that she will be flying back to New York periodically to teach live classes.

The show “Dance 100” is set to begin production on April 1st in London. Deadline reports:

The series is a street dance competition designed to find the next superstar choreographer. Using 100 of the world’s best dancers — known as The Dance 100 — the eight contestants must create, choreograph, design and then perform in group dance numbers on an ever-growing and massive scale.

The series is produced by Studio Lambert, the production company behind one of Netflix’s most popular reality shows, “The Circle.” Ally is also a host for the Brooklyn Nets, and has hosted various programs for special events such as Wimbledon and the ESPYS.

Ally is the second Peloton instructor in recent months to take on an entertainment commitment while continuing to teach live classes. Cody Rigsby was a contestant on the most recent season of Dancing with the Stars, placing in the top three. He started out flying back and forth from Los Angeles to New York before Peloton set up a pop-up studio in the Pasadena showroom.

We wish Ally the best of luck in her new hosting gig and will continue to post updates on her Peloton schedule!
