There will be two 90 minute classes available, both pre-recorded and being released straight to the on-demand library:

90 min. Outdoor Rock Run with Susie Chan from September 21, 2023.

In the announcement video Susie shares three tips for runners who have not tackled a run this long before. First, you do not have to run for the entire 90 minutes as there will be walk breaks; second, make sure to eat a small breakfast and hydrate prior to start; and third, bring your “mental A-game,” as these classes are not solely about physical strength and endurance.

90 minutes is one the absolute maximum class length offered by Peloton (besides a new 2 hour ride just announced) – and until now, the class length has only been offered in the cycling modality for Power Zone Endurance rides. These classes are primarily taught by Matt Wilpers, as well as Christine D’Ercole and Erik Jäger.

Susie is an endurance runner, and recently completed the Badwater 135 mile race this past July – often considered the most demanding and extreme race in the world.

The outdoor 90 minute run is already available via the on-demand library, and the 90 minute Tread run will be available on Saturday, September 23.
